Stainless Steel Wastewater Tanks: All Available Sizes

Stainless Steel Wastewater Tanks: All Available Sizes

Proper wastewater management is one of the most critical aspects for companies operating chemical toilets on construction sites, temporary events, and industrial facilities. A high-quality stainless steel tank is therefore essential to safely collect and contain waste.
The quality of the tank directly affects response speed, service continuity, and even the company’s image in the eyes of the end customer. For this reason, Tblustar has developed a complete range of stainless steel tanks designed to cover every type of application. From small urban operations to intensive work on large construction sites and events, we offer reliable and high-performance wastewater tanks.

What Are Wastewater Tanks?

Wastewater tanks are systems designed to collect, store, transport, and discharge sewage and contaminated water coming from:

  • chemical toilets
  • mobile WCs
  • septic tanks
  • inspection pits
  • temporary sewer network
  • indistrial plants

To ensure efficient operation, a vacuum tank must withstand pressure, chemical agents, vibrations, and repeated washing cycles. It must also be compatible with vacuum pumps and high-pressure washing systems without deforming or losing tightness. This is why the material, structure, and engineering of the tank make a huge difference in service quality.

When a Stainless Steel Wastewater Tank Is Necessary

A stainless steel tank becomes the mandatory choice when the work is professional, continuous, and not occasional. Stainless steel guarantees resistance to corrosion and chemical agents, as well as long-term durability. Its key structural advantages include:

  • it does not dust
  • it does not absorbe odor
  • it does not degrade when in contact with waste and detergents
  • it is easy to wash and sanitize
  • it maintains tightness and rigidity over time

This results in simpler maintenance and greater safety for both operators and customers.

Stainless steel wastewater tanks are essential when:

  • a large number of chemical toilets are present
  • frequent emptying operations are required
  • operations take place in public areas, construction sites, or large events
  • chemical products and disinfectants are used
  • maximum reliability and hygiene are required

It is equally important to choose tanks with capacities that match actual operational needs and working conditions

All Tblustar Stainless Steel Tank Sizes

Tblustar has developed three stainless steel models, all based on the same philosophy: power, strength, and modularity, adapted to different operational requirements.

SST-304 Compact Tank

The Compact version is designed for those who need to operate in confined spaces without sacrificing performance.

With 850 liters of waste and 400 liters of water, it is ideal for:

  • historic city centers
  • small construction sites
  • quick urban interventions
  • transport on small vehicles

IIts real value lies in its mechanics: the Honda GX 270 engine with JUROP vacuum pump generates 2,600 liters/min of suction and 80 bar washing pressure—exactly the same performance as larger models. This means the same working speed in a compact format. Water and waste level indicators, a mixing tank, and 15 meters of hoses make it a truly professional unit.

SST-304 STANDARD TANK

The SST-304 Standard tank is perfect for companies managing medium to large toilet fleets and aiming to maintain a continuous workflow.

With 1,200 liters of waste and 650 liters of water, it allows operators to:

  • service multiple chemical toilets
  • reduce return trips
  • increase daily productivity

This model also features the Honda GX 270 engine with JUROP vacuum pump, ensuring:

  • fast suction
  • high-pressure washing
  • greater effectiveness in cabin cleaning

SST-304 Maxi Tank

The Tblustar Maxi tank is designed to guarantee maximum operational continuity.

With 2,000 liters of waste and 1,000 liters of water, it is ideal for:

  • large events
  • festivals
  • extended construction sites
  • industrial applications

Thanks to its higher capacity, it is possible to service multiple toilets simultaneously and increase profitability per work shift. Performance remains excellent, ensuring fast suction and high washing quality even under heavy loads.

TrioTank: When Polyethylene Is Required

Alongside stainless steel tanks, Tblustar offers TrioTank, a high-resistance polyethylene solution designed for specific applications. The three independent tanks (waste, mixture, and clean water) allow operators to manage up to 40 chemical toilets per day with a single unit.
Its key advantage is the ability to handle highly corrosive products even over long periods. TrioTank provides 1,000 liters for waste suction, 1,000 liters for water mixing and restoration of the waste tank (approximately 10–15 liters per toilet), and an additional 1,000 liters of clean water for filling handwash stations.

Electric and PTO Tank Versions

The Compact and Standard SST-304 versions are also available in electric configuration, equipped with a MEC 1000 vacuum pump (1,000 l/min) and an electric water pump delivering 30 l/min at 30 bar. Power is supplied by a 900 Amp lithium battery pack, offering over 3 hours of autonomy.
Tblustar includes a remote control for starting and stopping the electric motors from up to 30 meters away. The package is completed by an 80 Amp/h battery charger with a maximum charging time of 10 hours. The Compact and TrioTank models are also available with PTO drive, featuring a JUROP vacuum pump (2,600 l/min), an 80 bar pressure pump (15 l/min), and hydraulic motor power supply.
