Once the right direction is identified, our designer, architect Ravaioli, transforms the idea into initial sketches.
From there, we move on to 3D design—a crucial phase that allows us to refine every detail and assess feasibility before moving into actual production. Finally, once the design is approved, molds are created to start the production processes that will bring the final product to life.

• Creating a quick and safe assembly/disassembly system.
  Optimizing storage and transport by allowing the product to be repackaged.
• Balancing size, practicality, and sturdiness: the toilet needed to be spacious enough for comfortable use without being too bulky for transport.
• Implementing efficient and secure locking systems: snap-fit handles were designed to safely and stably lock the walls in place, maintaining durability and deterring vandalism.
• Maintaining a competitive price despite the high quality.

Thanks to continuous research and development, we tackled complex problems with innovative solutions and successfully overcame these challenges, creating products that combine functionality, design, and innovation.
